After filling out a detailed intake form about your lifestyle, goals, and current measurements and photos, your customized macros will be calculates and sent to you via our private website.
Bi-weekly photo and measurement check-ins will be done to make sure that your macros are still working for you and to update them when necessary. You also get the personal touch of a coach telling you what improvements you’re making and what needs work, with unlimited question and messaging support with a 48 hour response time.
