This is just a starting point and will likely need some tweaking to get “just right”. That’s normal.  Give these macros *at least* two weeks, before changing them.    

*Do not get too hung up on the exact numbers.  Give yourself a +/-10g range on protein and carbohydrates and a +/-5g range on fats.
