This week we talk about the idea of “powerbuilding”, a hybrid training program that uses both powerlifting and bodybuilding techniques to train for strength and hypertrophy. Â We speak to vegan and personal training instructor, Erin Fergus, about her training styles and how to incorporate some of these techniques. Â We also do a product comparison of different vegan lifting belts, and chat a little about how our preps are going!
