What pushes you to be your best in everything that you do?  For many of us, there is an inner and/or outer voice that tells us we aren’t good enough no matter what we do or how we do it.  Maybe you talk yourself down in conversation or under your breath.  While this kind of chatter may seem to help you in some ways, what does negative self-talk do to your mental health?  What kind of impact does it have on how you feel about your potential successes long-term?
